1. Mr. Gulzar Siddiq:
Mr. Gulzar Siddiq is a Commerce Graduate. He was elected as Chairman/Independent Director of the company on 31.3.2020. He has over 40 years’ experience of yarn and fabric manufacturing. He has participated in setting up of fabric manufacturing unit. He has vast experience of selling yarn and fabric in local and international market. .
2. Mr.Farrukh Shafiq
Mr.Farrukh is a Commerce Graduate from Karachi University. He is son of founder member of the company. He was elected Director/Chief Executive of the company on 31.03.2020. He has over 15 years’ experience of industrial knowledge and business operation. He has been involved in setting up of small industrial unit of power looms.
3. Mr.Noman Mustafa Zubairi:
Mr. Zubairi is a Commerce graduate. He was elected as Independent Director of the company on 31.3.2020.After completing article ship from a reputable firm of Chartered Accountants he started taxation consultancy and attained license of Tax Practitioner (ITP).He is leading and running his own corporate consultancy business. He served as an Accountant with the largest Distribution House of Pakistan. He also has fifteen years working experience with the renowned name in the field of corporate tax and consultancy business. Apart from serving the accountancy and taxation profession, he has worked with various industries dealing in trading of chemical, financial services and insurance. He is fellow member of various Institutes. He is certified director under the Code of Corporate Governance Regulation 2019.
4. Mr. Muhammad Sarfraz
Mr. Muhammad Sarfraz is a Law Graduate from Karachi University. He is with the company since its incorporation in 1980. He was elected Executive Director on 31.03.2020.He has over 40 years experience of Corporate affairs, Administration, Import & Export handling and dealing with banks and financial institutions. He has participated in setting up of three industrial units of yarn manufacturing and garments. He also acts as Company Secretary of the Company. Mr. Sarfraz is exempt from Directors’ training program under Code of Corporate Governance Regulation 2019.
5. Mr. Muhammad Sadiq
Mr.Sadiq was elected as director of the company on 31.03.2020. He is with the company since March 1999. He has over 25 years’ experience of mills stores purchases. He was coordinating with the mills and suppliers for stores requirements and dispatches of raw material to mills.
6. Mr. Muhammad Irfan
Mr.M.Irfan was elected as Director of the company on 31.03.2020. He is with the company since March 2005. He has over 15 years experience of mills raw material purchases. He was coordinating with the mills and suppliers for raw material requirements and dispatches to mills local customers.
7. Mr. Ali Asghar
Mr.Ali Asghar was elected as director of the company on 31.03.2020. He is in trading business for last seven years. He has over 10 years experience of raw material purchases/sales. He joined the company after looking the revival efforts for the company.
